Can I partially privatise the Chez Clément restaurant?

The honest position at Brasserie Chez Clément is the following: total restaurant privatisation, in the sense of closing the entire venue to outside patrons, is not part of the offer. The bar remains accessible to regular guests and walk-in patrons even during large private events, it is a permanent bar, open every day from noon until 1 a.m., and it serves as the operational backbone of the house alongside the restaurant.

That said, the practical reality for a client booking a large event is very close to a privatisation in feeling. For an event of up to 230 guests, the entire dining area, main dining room plus conservatory, is reserved for the event. The room is filled by the booking, the atmosphere is the event's, and the team is dedicated to the event throughout. The only visible permeability is the bar zone, which continues to operate for other patrons in a separate space.

For smaller groups, partial privatisation is naturally available. The conservatory is the emblematic option, a glass room with its own atmosphere, up to 150 seated guests, perfectly suited to a corporate dinner, a wedding banquet (it is the room where Marie and Gilles Verleyen themselves were married), a board lunch or a milestone birthday. A portion of the main dining room can also be set aside for a smaller group, and the terrace can be privatised in season for a more open aperitif format.
